Can you help us set up our first journey?
Yes. We can help you start from a template, import existing customer context, and shape the first journey so your team has something useful to build from. Team and Scale customers get more hands-on setup help.
Can I invite viewers for free?
Yes. Pricing is based on editor seats. Viewers do not count as paid seats, so product, support, success, and leadership can follow the journey without increasing the bill.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will continue until the end of your billing period.
What happens to my journeys if I downgrade?
Your customer journeys are always saved. You can export them anytime or keep them stored — downgrading only limits new creation on the free tier.
Do you offer refunds?

Can I switch plans later?
Absolutely. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect immediately.
What counts as an automation run?
An automation run is triggered when Custory checks or processes connected signals, such as pulling feedback, analytics, or product events into the journey. Most teams stay comfortably within their plan limits, and you can monitor usage anytime.
What happens when I hit AI or automation limits?
You can monitor usage in settings before it becomes a problem. If you need more volume, optional overages can be enabled or you can move to a plan with higher included usage. The goal is no surprise bills.
Is Custory replacing Miro, Notion, or Jira?
No. Custory is not a task manager or whiteboard. It is the living journey layer that connects customer context to product decisions and execution, including the tools your team already uses.
Is my data secure?
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. We use WorkOS for enterprise-grade authentication and strictly segregate data between workspaces.
